I think all those schemata were developed for RAD tools (at least I don't recall a project, in which the controllers etc were manually at the moment). Tools were mainly Cake(PHP) and Rails(Ruby). So you design the use-cases, the tables and columns from there and generate SQL from it. You feed it into a DB and the RAD tool generates model, controller and view for each table. > Also, do you use ArgoUML by yourself, or in a team environment? > If in a > team environment, have you showed ArgoUML to your colleagues and what > sort > of feedback have you gotten? I only recall one project, in which other team members actually used Argo to view and modify the project and I was really surprised that I got no negative feedback on usability, to be honest. But I could not observe the actual work with Argo, so I'm not sure how many problem they got.
