Hello Laurent!
The old script (that you can find at
http://argouml-gen.tigris.org/source/browse/argouml-gen/trunk/tools/bin/compare-i18n.sh?annotate=704)
relies on the availability of all language projects. It could easily be run
for every change. The reason for having it in JUnit/Maven is to be able to
run it in gerrit. I don't know how to run multi-project builds in gerrit, I
don't see how it would be possible.
