My opinion is that we should keep Windows support. Beyond the fact that Azure is a popular cloud platform, testing on Windows keeps us honest for our Python work, making sure that we're writing platform-neutral code.
The AppVeyor tests are broken for now, but I'm confident we will eventually fix them.
