Thanks for that write up, Tal. I recently joined this mailing list and
already feel it's a nice and welcoming community.
I like the items in the list because even if I don't want to become a
committer, it shows me how to contribute and give something back.

Also, Thomas: I think that the website and codebase links are pointing to
the wrong sites.
