Hi - I'm having an interesting time with this. I have done all the work
on the branch to tidy it up but, to my surprise, when I ran the 'mvn
release:perform' step intending to release parent (which has to be
released before the others) it initiates the production and deployment
of a full snapshot - of the whole project.
This took 105 minutes and failed. It looks from the maven docs as though
I should possibly have deployed a snapshot before starting the release
process. Does anyone know if this is a mandatory step? I'll clean up the
failure ready to start again.
