Hi, You're safe to use both 0.11.0 and 0.11.1. 0.11.1 has a change only for old zlib. At least 0.11.0 + zlib 1.2.3 has a problem.
If you use Apache Arrow with the latest zlib, you can use both 0.11.0 and 0.11.1. If you use Apache Arrow with old zlib, you should use 0.11.1.
