I am currently working on GitHub Issue #38211, titled "[MATLAB] Add support for creating an empty arrow.tabular.RecordBatch by calling arrow.recordBatch with no input arguments." As a beginner in MATLAB development, I am facing challenges with the failing MATLAB CI workflow associated with this issue. We need to ensure that all the appropriate test cases pass as expected.
