Trying out our new mailing list again and moving everyone to BCC: The right answer is for me to use the secretary tool to do account requests for the folks with ICLAs already but no Apache ID. Can everyone in that list over the next day or two make sure to please put in their requested Apache ID if they have one?
By Monday I will file account requests for everyone on the list that I have heard back from that has updated the spreadsheet with their requested Apache ID in part b).
