[~jinghe] Can you please review and let's identify the minimal subset of the
OMRS/OCF interfaces that needs to be implemented for a first iteration of an
IGC OMRS connector.
[~mandy_chessell] Should we expect to have some implementation (abstract
classes, utilities) to extend/use as part of the IGC OMRS connector
implementation or do you expect that implementation to be undertaken as part of
the IGC connector implementation itself?
