[~sanjayp] The build fails due to rat check failures since bower cache, bower
registry was removed and also
/Users/sshivaprasad/workspace2/master-commit/dashboard/public/modules/tags/instance/views/createTag.html
doesnt seem to have a license. Can you fix these issues and attach the patch
again?
