Running atlas-env.sh before atlas_start didn't start hbase and solr:
apache-atlas-0.7-incubating-SNAPSHOT$ ./conf/atlas-env.sh
apache-atlas-0.7-incubating-SNAPSHOT$ ./bin/atlas_start.py
Apache Atlas Server started!!!
