I tried multiple scenarios and did not ever face a problem:
* Created a five level nested hierarchy. Deleted everything from top level.
* Created another five level nested hierarchy. Deleted the leaf most term.
* Then deleted the 3rd term from top.
All of these cases passed. However, I got the Cache eviction error 5 times :-(
The heisenbergish-ness of this is frustrating. I will anyway commit this patch
and file a follow-up JIRA. We do need to get to the bottom of this though, even
if only to assure ourselves that it will not cause a problem later.
