All done - just committed an update to the WrapperComponentManager.

- I originally misinterpreted this as persuing something like
what Peter did for the A5 proposal directory (moving
implementations into a separate package).
- With the misunderstanding cleared up, do we do this now?
+ I would like the old JAR to be kept for those who want
to use it.
I suggest a breakdown along the following lines:
avalon-framework-4.1.4.jar <--- the classic everything
avalon-framework-spec-4.1.4.jar <--- interfaces and none dependent classes
avalon-framework-impl-4.1.4.jar <--- the classes with external dependecies
Basically - avalon-framework-spec would contain the the interfaces and the classes implementing Parameters. The rest would go under the avalon-framework-impl jar file.
How does this sound?
+ We need to document what the new JARs are and how they
would be used--i.e. informing our users.
Yep.
+ If this can all be done and validated in about a week or
two (at the most) then lets go for it. Otherwise, let's
hold off till the next release.
I think is ok to get this in place in less than a week.
