They are what I have already outlined. Incompatible changes in signature both 
return type of all the methods.

Gump produces nags when builds fail (and I assume we will see a few next run 
for things like excalibur-cli). It does not by default produce nags when 
prereqs fail which means the fact that swathes are not building (ie phoenix) 
will never get informed of this. I used to send nags on prereq failures for 
somethings but because more time was spent failing to build than actually 
building I disabled it.
