It looks as if Jaxen is the culprit. Jaxen is not directly used, but because we indirectly need XMLUtil for some of the tests, it is used. We need to break that, and to do that we need to remove the performance test.
I updated Fortress' build so that it no longer needs those other projects to compile/test, and I updated the GUMP descriptor so that GUMP did not think those other projects were necessary. Tomorrow's build should be OK.
