You need to support them regardless of where they are - here or on
sourceforge. If you don't plan to support them then it may be best to just
post source drops regularly until there is enough interest from other people
willing to support them. Then add some wiki or web links pointing to
locations of all these components. However if you are willing to support them
I would recomend you submit them to jakarta-commons.
