I don't have the feeling that the PMC drives this project technically.
Actually I have the feeling that this project is not driven at all
in a technical sense. We have seen a lot of RTs and proposals in the
last days (or should I say weeks/months?) and nothing really happened.

This is not targetted at you, Stephen, it's a general statement:

I can only say, if someone thinks that something is wrong, name it and
try to make proposals or give some random thoughts. And in addition
if someone makes proposals try to participate in a constructive way.
Ignoring problems is not a good choice.

I know these are some "wise words", but I really fear if we only "rant
around" it doesn't help. Currently I'm again clueless about what to do.
