In the Merlin CLI handler you added thje following comment:
//ResourceManager.clearResourceCache(); // -- This is not in the released version of I18N
Which has me a touch confussed. The 1.0 relase is dated 30 Jan. 2003. The CVS records show that the clearResourceCache() operation was added 31-AUG-2002. Can you confirm if we need to kick out a 1.1 of i18n or not.
It is not in the 1.0 release, which is the version that I used to try to build against. Just because the date on the file says Jan. 2003 does not mean that the file was created at that time. Remember that we later moved to the proper Apache release standards around that time frame. It is likely that we need to release a 1.1 version of I18N.
