So far I had nices feedbacks from Noel, Agahi, Niclas. But even if we are on the right path, I don't like to take any action without a "go ahead" message from at least one member of PMC :-)

I am always for whatever works. As long as we aren't going to be in the habit of changing things every week, all is well.
That's fine to me. I'm just insecure about not be in-sync about the PMC main goals. I'll upload the files tonight. By now I'd like to maintain just [Avalon.Net] as the proposal name. As it evolves a name will appear soon or later.
The PMC main goals are to focus on the component framework and containers. This is a new platform. So far I have not seen anything that leads me to believe that things are not being done in a way that are compatible with the Avalon spirit. In short, it's all good 'G'! (American street slang--the 'G' is short for "gangsta" or "gangster" [from the make no assumptions dept.]).
If M$ comes knocking on our door, we will look at making a possible change to the name at that time. We can always claim prior art to the name "Avalon" for a framework.
I'll use the CVS import, as Niclas proposed. I'll pray a little before hit Enter ;-)
