Project avalon-cache has an issue affecting it's community integration, and has been outstanding for 3 runs. The current state is 'Failed', for reason 'Build Failed'

Please note that this module was developed by one developer who has yet to sign the CLA. I would recommend that you concider axing it unless we can get a CLA in place. Considering that the person has been notified that they need a CLA, and that no projects I know of are actually using the cache, we need to do something that protects the ASF and the Avalon project from any potential indemnity since we can't prove that the author agreed to ensure it is all his code. That is the purpose of the CLA.
Anyhoo, you can get rid of one more GUMP issue in the process.
