I wouldn't call it "official" yet since there hasn't been a vote or anything. In fact, there really should be more discussion here on the lists since a lot of what has been discussed has only been on IRC or blogs. Personally I would rather see Fortress find a home in Apache since then it's not technically a "fork," if that makes sense. I have no problems seeing it over on d-haven but I think it would just be simpler if it stayed here somewhere. Unfortunately I really don't have the time at the moment to give this matter the attention I really do want to give it. I'm sorry.
