Phil,
The bug you were noticing was actually indicative of a bigger problem. I can't
find a straightforward way to do Servlet delegation without having access the
container holds the Servlets. The mechanism that allows delegation is depends
on context information specific to a particular server.
Instead I just expose both the static servlet and the stats servlet, which will
both need to be attached to a container.
