Yea. I started working on this. I've finished refactoring the "lower" layers
viz. schema, decoder and encoder and tested them. I'm working on the generic
reader/writer. I should be able to submit a patch for these in a few days. Then
I'll take up the "upper" layers file, ipc and codegen.
