We need to make the classes in the tools module available outside of the shaded
jar. I ran into another case where that was necessary when experimenting with
the thrift-protobuf comapre benchmark with Avro 1.5.0. They're using make, and
calling the main method to compile. Using the whole tools jar steps on the
jackson stuff in the classpath.
