There were two issues as I understand it:
* We needed the avro-tools-nodeps.jar for those that want to use the main
methods there without all the bundled dependencies.
* Either we need an ant/maven task/plugin for compiling avdl --> avpr, or users
need to use the ant/maven/API that takes avdl --> Java class.
