I'm now leaning towards simply eliminating the flag for callback API generation
and always generating the nested interface that includes this. Would anyone
object to that?
As for TranscieverCallback, you're right, it probably should remain public, or
perhaps just replaced with Callback<List<ByteBuffer>>.
