Attachment: AVRO-935.patch
Patch that updates Avro Java's dependency and plugin versions. Also makes
minor modifications to support changes to velocity and hadoop.
The Hadoop change is the only one that may be an issue, though I think it is
the right way to go since both 0.20.20x.y and CDH3 require the same change in
API use.
