Attachment: AVRO-935.2.patch
New patch, prevents surefire from failing tests when none are found.
Also updates netty and slf4j to the latest bugfix versions since they have had
updates recently.
Lastly, moves all plugin versions in pom.xml and lang/java/pom.xml into
properties at the top of the file, for easier updates going forward.
