I have submitted a patch for non-string map keys along with circular references
support at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO-695
It serializes a map into array and then deserializes it back to the Map.
The serialized schema and JSON can be read by any other tool also which does
not support non-string map keys.
