Hi Kengo, thanks for the investigation.
Please go ahead and try to reupload with the fix to see if we can get it out.
Please also open a PR with the fix if it works.
Let's hope that it works if it does not we can continue tryting with patch
versions 1.10.0.1, 1.10.0.2 (as Ryan mentions this is our first time so we are
not breaking anyone) please let me know if we need to contact the CPAN admins
because ideally the package should not be tight to any of us and that any of us
can manage it for future publications.
