Half that wiki page is describing the (ancient) patch process, and likely to
cause some confusion. I think this is a low-priority candidate to rewrite and
make more obvious. My vote would be to remove that wiki page and migrate it to
the website, with more up-to-date instructions (removing a lot of the patch
process and references to py3 for example).
