I like the bit about migrating it to the website. The wiki is not a place I
look for information.
And to streamline it, we can 'simply' take the PR template as guide and add
"this is how you can create a patch" and "all tests must pass" clauses. That
should be a lot more readable than the current wall of text on the wiki.
