Hi all, I'm currently working on documenting the load tests of Core Apache Beam operations <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PuIQv4v06eosKKwT76u7S6IP88AnXhTf870Rcj1AHt4/edit#> as we have some Jenkins jobs running and several dashboards for that.

Should the documentation for them be on the beam.apache.org page (where the user-facing documentation is located) or maybe only on Beam's confluence? - if that belongs to confluence only, should I simply place it under "technical/design docs" section? - if this goes on the website, what is the best place to put it?
