Add Compiler Test to Test Distribution

Fix For: 1.1
Need to have the distribution test run the compiler test in the test
distribution. Will attach a patch shortly.
This patch also includes the following,
1. Test fix for the currently failing compiler tests due to the change for
abstract controller
2. Re-enabled the PF_RedirectNotWithPath,PF_ForwardAttrCase compiler test
since the bug has been fixed
3. Updated the compiler test readme to include more info on how to create a
compiler test.
