If public getters/setters are declared in a control interface they aren't being
added as properties in the control's generated BeanInfo class. Based on a
quick look at the code it appears that this is not due to a bug, it just hasn't
even been done. I'm filing this as a bug instead of enhancement since it seems
like an oversight.
Will attach small sample app.
