Jozef,
My guess is that you will need to create a form that is called up when
the
user clicks on a 'Add Reference' button. The form collects the URL and any
other bibliographic details and when the user closes the form the application
inserts the number link [23] (which points to the URL) in the cursor
position.
The form would place the URL and any text on the Bibliography page with
sequence number.
I can not think of any application to help in this, it seems a case where you
may have to program it yourself.
