Yes, apparently what's on the Cornell site is ALWD, which slightly replaces
the old Blue Book.

No, I do not need it at all -- I have run out from legal practice and I am
mostly in sociology, where rules are rather relaxed, and if I use anything
at least partially resembling APA (or plainnat.bst from natbib.sty of
LaTeX) I am all right. I just thought that it may be good to post here this
information and URLs, so that if anybody in future would be interested, she
knows where to start.
