What do you need to do this? Pretty much just a validating XML editor

No, I do not need it at all -- I have run out from legal practice and
I am
mostly in sociology, where rules are rather relaxed, and if I use
anything
at least partially resembling APA (or plainnat.bst from natbib.sty of
LaTeX) I am all right. I just thought that it may be good to post here
this
information and URLs, so that if anybody in future would be

knows where to start.
I wasn't talking to just you there ;-)
My basic hint is that if people want to help, now is the time to start
doing that. Help does include posting useful examples and urls!
