Ahoj Matej, I have considered this, but as You may have gathered from my initial post: my intention was not to create (or contribute :|, as nice as that sounds) to a totally new system. For reasons: #1 I like to think that whatever the OOo Bibliographic team comes up with will be swell, #2 I simply don't have the time.
The script I have contributed below is a very quick hack which happens to work very well in importing RIS to the current _stock_ OOo system. I thought others might like it in the mean time (as we're waiting for these advanced bibliography systems ;)), so I shared... with quick instructions on how to coax it to do what You want. I will not, and I don't recommend anybody else does, spend too much more effort on this script of mine.
