Shame on you Dr. D'Arcus.  Developers are like pilots.  There are old
pilots; there are bold pilots; but there are no old, bold pilots. 
Having seen the introduction of the Altair in my Junior year of
College, I think what may be needed is exposure to authoritative
reference samples.
