Hello everyone,

I have verified the Apache BifroMQ 4.0.0-incubating RC1 release and vote +1
(binding).

Verification results using the provided checklist:

[x] Download links are valid
[x] Checksums and signatures
[x] LICENSE/NOTICE files exist
[x] No unexpected binary files
[x] All source files have ASF headers
[x] Can compile from source

Additionally, I performed basic functionality tests which completed
successfully.

All verification items meet Apache release requirements. No issues were
found during my review.

Thank you for preparing this important first incubating release of BifroMQ.

Best regards,
Zhang Shun
