I think I need to put here this statement in the interest of full disclosure.
When 0.3.1 BOM has been voted for the upgrade to Oozie 3.1.3 was proposed.
However, OOZIE-810 hasn't been fixed in 3.1.3 and that issues is the blocker
for adding Oozie into Bigtop. Hence, we will have to go with 3.2.0 to avoid
patching Oozie dependencies in Bigtop.
