Looks like Oozie 3.2.0 is screwed beyond repair. It isn't really clear to me
how the software in such shape could've been released and what to say about it.
I think I will keep insults to myself. I am gonna close this ticket as "Won't
fix" and we'll have to wait for 3.3.0 or whatever is coming out in a buildable
form. Until than - no 0.3.1 to be done, clearly.
