[~mackrorysd] this is actually a very good practice. The only question is what
would be the canonical place for that. We've got some packages putting this
into foo-doc package and some under /usr/lib. There's also different packaging
guidelines. [~javacruft] may be able to refresh our memory on what's required
by Ubuntu/Debian and [~jayunit100] perhaps can do the same on Fedora's behalf.
