1) In the gist above the *JavaCollections* is being used via {{products.map}} .
Sneaky little change :)
2) I agree with the comments, I fixed that also .
Any other stuff you suggest i bundle into this cleanup.
Question : In spark, is *saveAsTextFile* a distributed write operation, and if
not , can we make it one?
