The 1.0 release package artifacts on Bigtop jenkins that has been set as
default repository in puppet and bigtop provisioner is now broken since the
Bigtop CI infra is in transition mode. We'll add back the packages soon.
Meanwhile you can still change the repo setting to official signed
[S3|http://www.apache.org/dist/bigtop/bigtop-1.0.0/repos/] so that you get
better performance alongside with availability.
