Sorry dude, the S3 repos are still offline. We're finding resource to bring them back.
A workaround is to use jenkins repos as I described in this doc: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/BIGTOP/Bigtop+Provisioner+User+Guide You can also download the entire repo and store it at your local for better performance.
