gpdb question?

Hi all,
Does anyone know how often gpdb release package updated ?
The current gpdb release (v4.3.99.0) is missing PR
https://github.com/greenplum-db/gpdb/pull/1554 that is required for build
on both ppc64le and aarch64 architectures.
