With BIGTOP-2737 now closed, we have a new spark charm revision that affects a
couple bundles. The ganglia charms have also been updated in the charmstore,
so we'll need to pick those revs up as well.
This will be the last planned refresh for charms/bundles based on bigtop-1.1.
The ~bigdata-dev charms based on 1.2 have been running smoothly, so they will
replace the current stable charms in the next few days.
