I found that neither the ODPI-mpack nor this Bigtop-Mpack would work properly on all Ambari verision which supports mpack feature. What you mean is that the Mpack should be packed as a tarball and could work properly on any version of Ambari, right? The Mpack should not depend on a specific version of Ambari. But this Bigtop-Mpack is based on Ambari-2.6.1 and it seems Bigtop-Mpack doesn't work on Ambari-2.7.
